New Age/Landmark, Inc., knows that the majority of problems that arise on project sites are usually caused by a breakdown in communication. To try and assure these problems are kept to a minimum, NAL will assign a project manager through which all communications will be channeled.
On large scale projects, the project manager, site chemists and our QAQC officer encourage a pre-project meeting with the client to insure that all project criteria is understood and how the project needs can best be met during the duration of the project.
NAL will also utilize a pre-project questionnaire which will be completed before each project begins. This questionnaire will ensure all pertinent information is gathered and understood prior to going on site.

This facility has a full internal security system monitored 24/7/365 to insure the safety and integrity of our clients data. Also, when our mobile laboratories and corporate vehicles are not mobilized to a job site they are housed at the South Haven corporate facility.
