    The following Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) levels are consistent with USEPA protocols and state agency requirements. If a QA/QC Level is not specified New Age/Landmark, Inc. will perform Level III. Please check with your regulatory agent to determine appropriate parameters for your project site.

    Level I:  
    • Analytical Results
    • Calibration Check (CCV)
    • Method Blank
    • Surrogate Recoveries, where applicable

     

    Level II:  
    • Analytical Results
    • Calibration Check (CCV)
    • Method Blank
    • Matrix Spike (MS)
    • Matrix Spike Duplicate (MSD)
    • Surrogate Recoveries, where applicable (open batches allowable)

     

    Level III: 

    • Analytical Results
    • Calibration Check (CCV)
    • Method Blank
    • Matrix Spike (MS)
    • Matrix Spike Duplicate (MSD)
    • Laboratory Control Sample (LCS)
    • Laboratory Control Sample Duplicate (LCS Dup), if applicable
    • Surrogate Recoveries, where applicable

     

    Level IV:
    • Analytical Results
    • Calibration Check (CCV)
    • Method Blank
    • Matrix Spike (MS)
    • Matrix Spike Duplicate (MSD)
    • Laboratory Control Sample (LCS)
    • Laboratory Control Sample Duplicate (LCS Dup), if applicable
    • Surrogate Recoveries, where applicable


    Note: Level IV also includes copies of instrument run logs, chromatograms, digestion/extraction logs, quantitation reports, ets., case narrative. A charge of $25/hour will be invoiced for reproduction of all raw data.

    • New Age/Landmark holds and pursues certification through NELAC and other state and federal agencies.

    2.  Does your mobile lab provider use EPA approved or state specific methodologies?

    • New Age/Landmark uses standard EPA and state specific methodologies.

    3.  How does your mobile lab provider staff your on-site projects?

    • New Age/Landmark offers a full-time, permanent staff of degreed chemists, experienced technicians and a dedicated Quality Control Officer – a staff you can depend on now and in the future.

    4.  Does your mobile lab provider perform independent, double-blind performance studies?

    • New Age/Landmark performs internal QC studies as well as semi-annual Performance Evaluations in accordance with standards set by the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Committee.5. 

    5.  Will your mobile lab provider be able to defend the data on your projects?

    • Because of New Age/Landmark's extensive, multi-layered quality assurance program the data we provide is of the highest, defensible quality. New Age/Landmark will always be there to back you up.

    This facility has a full internal security system monitored 24/7/365 to insure the safety and integrity of our clients data. Also, when our mobile laboratories and corporate vehicles are not mobilized to a job site they are housed at the South Haven corporate facility.
